1.1. PRE-SALE
By contacting us you’ll receive all the help you need
to buy your dream home in Spain. We’ll advise you where you can obtain
a cheap flight to Valencia, where to stay locally in the type of
accommodation you prefer and we’ll arrange the booking for you, we’ll
send a English-speaking member of our staff to meet you off your
flight and to take you to your chosen accommodation. Once in Spain,
again accompanied by one of our English-speaking staff, you’ll be able
to physically visit the properties of your choice.
We’ll advise you
on the current market prices and, once we know what you’re looking
for, our COMPRARCASA database can provide you with a wide selection of
properties that you can visit and choose from, as well as giving you
all the specific information on each property: its location, the type
of area in which it’s situated, complete information about the
possibility of legally extending the property, etc., as well as
information on the services provided to the area where the property is
located.
We will obtain the best mortgage offer available to finance your
purchase of the property. You will be given detailed information on
the monthly payments, as well as on any expenses arising from the
purchase/sale process. We can arrange a 100 % mortgage on your new
home if required.
In
our offices, we will arrange meetings for you with the seller to
introduce you to each other and, with our supervision, to agree the
price and the selling conditions. We guarantee total transparency
throughout the process to make sure you know everything that is
happening.
1.2. SALE
Once you’ve chosen your house and it’s been reserved, to guarantee the
purchase, we will check to make sure it’s free of pre-existing legal
problems, such as debts and outstanding charges, possible divisions of
the property, registration, etc. and will handle all the legal
processes for the correction of any such problems and, ultimately, for
the purchase of the property.
Finally, on the day you sign the deeds at the notary’s office we will
be there with you to help you solve any unforeseen problems that may
arise.
1.3. POST-SALE
Once you have purchased the property there are still some steps to
complete. We’ll take care of changing over the electricity and water
supply contracts into your name, as well as providing you with all
kinds of information about the nearest schools, medical services, and
even builders, plumbers, gardeners, etc.
Our goal is to give you a full, integrated service so you don’t waste
your time on paper work and can start enjoying your new home right
away.
