When you appoint us to sell or let your
property, we’ll give you all the information you need; advising you on
current market prices and doing an appraisal of your property - taking
into account all the factors necessary to enable us to suggest the
right price for your sale or rental.
Once we have decided the price of your home together,
we’ll take photos and prepare a description of your property. We will
explain to you, in detail, the advantages you’ll get by working with us,
and, right away, we will offer your property to the possible buyers
already in our database, and will advertise it through our various media
outlets.
We do not insist on exclusive rights to sell or
let the property, although without it there are certain disadvantages
relating to the marketing and final price. If different real estate
offices offer the same property, each of them does it in a different way
and at a different price. Besides, customers who have been offered the
same property by different agents get the feeling of a rush and a need to
sell – which doesn’t help you with the final negotiations.
We recommend exclusivity. Since we belong to the Real Estate

of the increasing number of British customers, we have signed deals with
major agencies in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland, who are showing
marketing photos and videos of our sale or rental properties directly to

2004, we’ve been the producers of the TV show Pisos y Casas TV
– a daily show broadcast on channel 33 in Valencia. We are the only real
estate office in the area that offers properties on TV.
When we have a buyer for your property, we will arrange
a meeting in our offices where you will personally meet them and have the
possibility of agreeing the most favourable price and sale conditions
possible.

property registration control, etc.
